• 3D Video Render bring your property to life with this walkthrough-style video showcasing key areas of the property and allowing viewers to virtually walk through the property interior. Average duration of the video ranges from 1-3 minutes, and is based on the size of the property. Delivery in MP4 format without audio. (+$99 for properties up to 5,000 sq ft),

• Marketing Bundle includes 3D floor plan, fixed furniture, colors & textures, and a 3D video render (+$129 for properties up to 5,000 sq ft/save $35),

• CAD Drawings provide architect-ready files for planning and design projects. This package includes both 2-D and 3-D drawings in dwg, dae, obj and fbx file formats (+$50 for properties up to 5,000 sq ft),

• Other Options such as Rush Processing (6hrs, normal processing is 24hrs), Moveable Furniture Placement, Colors & Textures, (+$15 per option, for properties up to 5,000 sq ft).

• Extra-large Properties We can scan properties up to 12,000 sq ft. (+$10 per option for properties of 5,000-12,000 sq ft).
